Norma opened Salon Mona Lisa in May 2000. Norma is a graduate of Flavio Beauty School in La Habra, California, and most recently she
received her certification in the Hair Dreams System of
hair extension.
Norma believes that by combining enhanced instruction with a passion for hair and makeup design, Salon Mona
Lisa’s clientele will always achieve the look they desire.
